Mohamed Khair bin Mohamed Noor is the Executive Chairman and Principal Consultant of SuChi Success Initiatives Pte Ltd. Mohd Khair is also a well sought-after consultant in the areas of Family and Youth Development, Marriage Preparation and Enrichment, and Sexuality Education.
Mohamed Khair is the Chief Learning Architect in SuChi Success in designing the range of Sexuality Education Programmes. The programmes are meant for parents, teachers, youth workers, teenagers, pre-teens and youths who are classified by the relevant authorities as “high risk.” Sexuality education programmes have been used to train audiences at various Government Agencies such the Health Promotion Board (HPB), the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS), and the Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS). The NGO or Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO) sector has also benefitted from the Sexuality Education Programme offerings from SuChi Success. Other organizations that have engaged SuChi Success to deliver sexuality education programmes include full-time Madrasahs and Mosques in Singapore.
Mohamed Khair has also trained thousands of workers, executives and managers, entrepreneurs, and senior government officials across industries in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Mohamed Khair has been an Associate Consultant and Master Trainer with the Singapore Civil Service College since 1997. Since then, he has designed, developed and delivered at least 40 training modules for public sector officers. A 6-module 10-day programme he designed and developed had successfully be used to train at least 10,000 public sector officers. Another 7-module 14-day training programme has been running for several years and seen at least 8,000 public sector employees benefiting from it. Other sets of training modules have also seen thousands of public sector employees going through them for accredited training.
Mohd Khair also designs, develop and deliver programmes on Marriage Preparation and Enrichments since mid-1990’s. In 1997, he was appointed By MUIS to lead a team of experts to design and develop the marriage preparatory course for Muslims. At least 3000 couples went through the programme from 1998 to 2007. Throughout the 10-year period, Mohd Khair enjoyed tremendous support from mosques that run the programme and was a well sought-after speaker and facilitator. In 2006, he designed and developed another marriage enrichment programme for SuChi Success which has since received excellent response and ratings from thousands of marrying couples. Thousands of married couples have also benefitted from marriage enrichment and parenting programmes designed, developed and delivered by Mohd Khair.
Mohd Khair has been regularly consulted on marriage, family and youth issues by the mainstream media in Singapore. He has appeared on Mediacorp TV and Radio programmes and interviewed by Singapore Press Holding journalists on numerous occasions, especially on areas covering sexuality education in Singapore.
Mohamed Khair graduated from the George Washington University with a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development, specialising in Human Resource Development (HRD) in 1997 and from the National University of Singapore in 1990 with the Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1993, he obtained the Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Singapore Institute of Management under a joint Mendaki-SIM scholarship. In 2010, Mohd Khair became the only candidate, and still is, in Singapore that cleared the full Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) via the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) route provided by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
