With twenty-two years of experience in architectural & infrastructure development to construction detailing and local authority submission, Annuar Baharom has numerous work experiences across various development projects, ranging from small residential to large-scale mixed developments across countries like Thailand, Turkey and Singapore.

No matter architectural or infrastructure projects, Annuar believed that a good design must couple with good understanding of the local authorities requirements. With ample technical knowledge in design detailing, experienced & strong in co-ordination, he strived to materialize a concept into reality by cleverly use of construction materials, employ fast & efficient of construction technologies.

Annuar had joined CPG Consultants since mid-2000, he has been involved in design, local authority submission, construction co-ordination and detailed development from concept to construction with the clients and consultants. Currently, his scope of work involves an integrated commercial & residential development, LTA Design & Build KPE, Kim Chuan Circle Line MRT Depot, A&A to 12 MRT Stations and as well as PUB Active, Beautiful & Clean Waterways projects development projects.
