Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul. Half-day Bosphorus Cruise (25th April 2018)
Upon arrival in Istanbul Atatürk Airport, you will transfer to Olimpiyat Hotel in a private minibus. On the way, you will be briefed of your itinerary in detailed. Upon check-in, you will have your breakfast and rest till noon.

The tour will begin after lunch. We start with a visit to the Spice Bazaar (or known as the Egyptian Bazaar), the second largest covered shopping complex after the Grand Bazaar. Filled with spices, dried fruits, nuts and seeds, lokum (Turkish delight) and other edibles, Spice Bazaar have a smell of the fragrance of the exotic East.

We will then embark on a half-day cruise on the amazing Bosphorus, the strait between the Black Sea and the Mediterranean – and divides Turkey into Asian and European Turkey. Along the way, we will enjoy viewing Ottoman palaces, citadels, centuries-old mansions – the old and new faces of Istanbul on the European and Asian shorelines at the same time.

After the tour, return to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2: Full-day Istanbul Old City Tour (26th April 2018)
This day is dedicated to discovering Old Istanbul's marvels, from Byzantine to late Ottoman times. After breakfast, we will visit Hagia Sophia, a former Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later a mosque and now a museum.

We will then continue the tour with Sultan Ahmet Mosque (the Blue Mosque), the culmination of two centuries of both Ottoman mosque and Byzantine church development. Next, we will visit Hippodrome of Constantinople, once the sporting and social center of Constantinople. Then, we will have some free time to shop and wander in the famous Grand Bazaar, one of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world.

After lunch, we will visit the Topkapi Palace, the official and primary residence in the city of the Ottoman sultans for approximately 400 years. Finally, we will visit Rustem Pasha Mosque, which is famous for its large quantities of exquisite Iznik tiles.

After the tour, return to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3: Flight to Cappadocia. Fairy Chimneys of Cappadocia (27th April 2018)
We will have an early morning transfer to the airport and fly to Cappadocia on an 8:30am – 10:00am flight. The volcanic soil and the climate has made Cappadocia's landscape unique and today you will discover these fantastic lands with your expert guide.

We will check in at Sofa Hotel, have your breakfast before starting our visits to the Devrent Valley and Monks Valley (Pasabagi); see some of the most striking fairy chimneys in Cappadocia with twin and even triple rock caps. Proceed to Avanos, well-known pottery town of Anatolia. Before having lunch, we will enjoy a pottery lesson by a local craftsman.
After lunch, we will continue to the Goreme Open-Air Museum. It contains the finest of the rock-cut churches, with beautiful frescoes (wall paintings) whose colours still retain all their original freshness. Finally, we will visit Uchisar Town which is famous with its huge rock-cut castle and wonderful view of Pigeons Valley.

After the tour, return to your hotel. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 4: Hot Air Balloon Ride & Underground Cities of Cappadocia. Flight to Izmir (28th April 2018)
We will make an early morning transfer to the hot-air balloon base and enjoy a one-hour hot-air balloon ride during the sunrise. After the ride, return to hotel to have breakfast.

Today, you will enjoy a full-day tour to one of the underground cities of Cappadocia. Before that, we will take a short hike through the Rose Valley. During this soft hike, we will visit several cave churches, cave houses and cave tunnels. Then, visit the old Christian village of Cavusin.

After lunch, we will continue to see the marvel of construction that is the Kaymakli Underground City, the largest of the 36 underground cities in Cappadocia. Before the Roman Empire accepted Christianity as the official religion, early Christians take shelter in these underground cities to avoid from pagan persecutors.

Finally, visit the Ortahisar Town and return to your hotel. Free time till pick-up for transfer to airport after dinner. We will fly to Izmir on a 10:00pm – 11:30pm flight and overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 5: House of Virgin Mary & Ephesus Antique City (29th April 2018)
After breakfast, we will head to the top of Mount Nightingale. There, we will visit the House of Virgin Mary, where she is believed to have spent her last days.

After lunch, proceed to Ephesus Antique City and see the ruins of Artemis Temple, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Library of Celcus, the Odeon, the Temple of Hadrian, the Temple of Domitian and The Theater, believed to be the largest outdoor theater in the ancient world, and some other ruins.

After the tour return to Kusadasi. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 6: House of Virgin Mary & Ephesus Antique City (30th April 2018)
Today you will travel through the fertile plains of Aydin and Denizli to reach Pamukkale, which houses one of the most important cities of Roman Empire: Hierapolis. We will visit Hierapolis Antique City, where you will see Temple of Apollo, Martyrium and some other ruins.

Then we will visit the Pamukkale (Cotton Castle), which is made of sedimentary rock deposited by water from the hot springs. You have the chance to walk on the terraces.

After the tour return to your hotel. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch. Dinner on your own



Day 7: Flight to Istanbul (1st May 2018)
Pick-up from hotel for an early morning transfer to airport. We will fly back to Istanbul from ?zmir Adnan Menderes Airport on a 07:30am – 08:30am flight straight into Istanbul Atatürk Airport.

From here, we will transfer for our 13:30hrs international flight departure back to Singapore.
