“How do I approach Boy-Girl Relationship issues with my teen?”
Teenagers nowadays live in a world full of technological advancements, which has both its pros and cons. With modern technology comes more exposure to readily available pornography and Western ideals of what it means to be in a relationship, which is very different from our time.
Ignoring this issue or pretending that it will not affect our teens can no longer work with this generation. Research has shown that talking about it and giving them sex education at an early age actually decreases the chances of them engaging in sexual behaviours.
But how do we go about it? We grew up in a generation where our parents didn't talk to us about it, so it might seem awkward.
Join us in this talk that will provide you with some guide on how to approach this topic with your teens.
Launching our PARENTING TEENS SERIES in 2019, where we will have a series of talks touching on various aspects of communicating with teens and dealing with issues that may arise in our relationship with them. If YOU are a parent or an educator who deal with teens or pre-teens on a daily basis, this series is for YOU!
