Interfaith Harmony:A Youth Interfaith Programme

MCAS will be organising an interfaith programme which will engage youth members of several faiths to work towards achieving interfaith harmony. MCAS will invite religious leaders of several faith communities in Singapore to also speak at this programme. The details are as follows:
Interfaith Harmony
Date: Saturday, 19th August
Time: 10am – 5pm
Venue: Muslim Converts' Association of Singapore level 1 Auditorium
Dress Code: Smart Casual
Featured Guests: Religious Practitioners from Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholicism and Islam
The objectives of this programme are:
1)To share briefly on each faith's basic tenets.
2) To provide a safe and respectable platform to post religious queries on each faith.
3) To develop a network to foster interfaith solidarity.
The programme consists of two segments. The first from 10am to 2pm is the sharing by the religious leaders followed by Q&A. The second segment from 3pm to 5pm is the breakout session between the participants whilst guided by the religious leaders.
