Al Muharawah for standard modern Arabic
Al-Ahdaf Academy is proud to present Al Muhawarah 2016. We aim to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for daily Arabic conversation. In just 4 months, you will master a basic vocabulary that enables you to converse confidently and speak this beautiful language properly. We tailor the course to track students' pronunciation, memorisation and general progress to better cater to their varying personal needs.
THE COURSE FOCUSES ON :
Developing proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Modern Standard Arabic.
Expressing oneself and participating in simple conversations involving basic practical and social situations.
Practicing basic grammatical structures through exploring the drills, exercises and class discussion.
Students will develop basic communicative skills and learn the fundamental structure of basic sentences.
COURSE REQUIREMENT
For beginners level :
You must be able to recognise the different letters and sounds of the Arabic alphabet.
For intermediate level :
You must have basic Arabic knowledge.
You must be able to introduce yourself briefly in simple Arabic.
You must be able to construct basic sentences using the present tense with pronouns such as (Ana, Nahnu, Anta/anti, Huwa/Hiya)
YOU SHOULD ATTEND THE COURSE IF
You are passionate about learning/understanding the Arabic language.
You are able to commit twice a week through out the course.
You intend to pursue a deeper study of the Arabic language.
You plan to travel to or will be stationed at an Arabic-speaking country.
You find yourself regularly liaising with Arabic-speaking clients.
You are currently studying Arabic and need more opportunities to apply it to boost your conversational skills.
You have basic Arabic conversational skills and want to develop these skills further

Adults for Men ( Intermediate) :
Commencing : 7th October 2016
Days:Tuesdays and Fridays, weekly
Time: 8.30pm to 10.30pm

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays, weekly

LANGUAGE INSTRUCTOR:
Mustafa Altahir graduated from Al-Azhar University of Egypt and attended The American University of Cairo for Translation (Arabic-English). He also attended Dar Almustafa, Tareem, Yemen and Darul Lughah in Indonesia.
FEES:
Beginners and intermediate level ( 2 months each )
$300.00 for each level (16 lessons)
($150 per month, 8 lessons/mth, twice a week)

Our course materials are from Darul Lughah wa Dakwah Institute (Indonesia), famed for its ability to ensure students speak WHOLLY in Arabic after 6 months.
Using the following books (books are in Arabic Language):
1- AlMuhawarah Alhadisiah (Modern Arabic Conversation)
2- Kalimaat Af 'aal Alyaumiyah (Daily Verbs)
3- Kalimaaat Asmaa' Alyaumiyah (Daily Nouns)
Books cost $15.00 per set.
