Young Muslimah guide to puberty
My little girl is growing up,
Gone are the tiaras, wands, butterflies……. In comes the physical changes and mood swings …….. PUBERTY.
Suddenly as parents we become tongue tied and embarrassed to discuss what is happening to her.
Our young muslimahs need guidance and knowledge at this time, but this knowledge needs to stay within the confines of hayya (modesty). If you are shy to discuss it with her, enrol her in our workshop.
It is better we help to answer their queries rather than Google or You Tube.
