Graduated from Universiti Malaysia in 1975 with B.S Agriculture Sciences with Honors and hold a Master of Science Degree in Agricultural Journalism and thereafter his PhD. in Organisation Communication from the University of Wisconsin, USA. Among his works such as Building Happy Relationships, Planning for Success, Tips on Becoming an Attractive Individual, The Power of Migration, the Power to Change, Psychology of Love, 55 Tips for Fun to Work and many more.

Dato' Fadzilah Kamsah great passion and earnest desire to enrich the school children education is reflected in his tireless effort to conduct student seminars, motivation training and summer camps during the school vacations.

Not only that, but he also talks about communication, public relations, human relations, customer service, work ethic, corporate culture, counselling, leadership, management, supervision, conflict and stress, coaching techniques, public speaking, parenting, learning techniques, methodology preaching, entrepreneurship, team building, report writing, social ethics, mindset and self -development.
