This November, Nadi Furqan will be collaborating with Safar Training and Consultancy to bring to you the Lunch and Learn programs!



Being in toxic situations can affect our mental health and stress levels. It can impact our daily activities and complicate relationships around us. In this program, Early Chilldhood Trainer & Consultant, and founder of Safar Training and Consultancy, Noretta Jacob, will explain ways that our mind and body deal with toxic situations and how we can create a more effective relationship with those around us.
