As our financial requirement increases, we will be looking at avenues including borrowing and taking loans to address our needs. These series are meant to raise awareness on debt, Islamic perspective of debt and importance to manage debt in our daily life in the context of Singapore.

We will share about debt in Singapore including its statistic, types and modes that may lead one into debt in the community.

Thereon, we will be touching on debt from an Islamic perspective and its permissibility. This will be followed by alternative approaches and/or solution to manage debt. Along the way, we will also share why it is emphasized to have a good financial planning from Deposits, Protection and Investments in the context of Singapore.

The class will commence on 22 November 2017, every Wednesday from 7:30pm to 9:30pm. The class will be conducted by Ustaz Muhammad Nuzaihan bin Hamdan.
