SIMCMS is happy to present to you our first Halaqah series for the term!

'SOS: I'm Stressed!' is happening on the 13th of April and we are honoured to have Ustaz Mizi and Ustazah Liyana as our guest speakers for the session.

Do you find yourself constantly battling with stress and worries especially with the nearing examinations? Unsure of how to cope? Wish you could manage your time better?

Then this session is perfect for you as Ustaz Mizi will address these issues along with other challenges that we as students are bound to face during our schooling term.

If you're not a student, not to worry as Ustazah Liyana will also be sharing tips on how to overcome stress and anxiety resulting from life's problems and how to emerge from them stronger.
