anger management, rage, temper

Fees: $35 | $25

You woke up this morning exhausted. Your kids are down with fever and it wasn't a great night at all. You're late for work and took the last clean and ironed suit you've left with in the cupboard. You took your car keys and as you kissed your Child goodbye, he spilled chocolate milk on your shirt. You yelled at him and gave him a spank and left the house feeling horrible than ever.

Your boss scolded you for being late and you got embarrassed as it happened in front of all your colleagues. He asked you for the proposal and you realised it was left on your study table at home. You had forgotten to take it and your boss scolded you further. Your anger towards your child and boss grew.
And the whole day was a remarkably unpleasant day for you.

Your parents have been asking you when you're getting married.
Every family occasion, your grand parents and relatives will ask you the same thing.
Your previous relationships have been horrible and they always end up in a break up.
Why is this happening to you?
Why is God not answering your prayers in finding you a soulmate?
You've been praying hard daily but why isn't Allah making things easy for you?
You get mad and angry at God and your parents. Your hatred towards those who hurt you and broke your heart grew even more.
You sent them hate messages and things become worst.

Imagine yourself in any situation that makes you mad. A situation that triggers your anger. A situation that causes your boiling point to explode. Would the circumstances and after results be better if you've had given a different reaction? Would it have been better if you had controlled your anger? Would it have been better if you've stayed calm?

Come join us in our life changing workshop. We want you to have a pleasant day every day. Let us provide you with the tips and strategies for you to be able to manage whatever situation in your life better And calmer.
