Death is upon us all.
It is an experience every human will have a taste of when our time on this planet is due.
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) reminds us, "Remember more often the destroyer of pleasures - death." [At-Tirmidhi]
But apart from being consciously aware of what's looming for us, as Muslims, we should also be mindful of the rites and processes of dealing with the deceased, should any of our loved ones return to Allah ‘Azza Wa Jal before us.

This comprehensive 2-day course will guide you on the theoretical and practical ways to deal with the stages before, during and after the passing of a fellow Muslim. Join us in gaining the proper knowledge and skills to prepare yourself when the time comes.

3) After Death - Preparing yourselves for the undertakings of burial rites

COURSE OUTLINE
----------------------------
1st Day
- Focus on ‘Before Death'
- What and how we should treat and care a patient or dying person (Palliative care and during ‘Nazak')
2nd Day
Will focus more about ‘During' and ‘After' Islamic funeral rites management.
• Cleansing and shrouding of the deceased
• Performing Solatul Janazah (Funeral prayers)
• Understanding Singapore's legislations with regards to funeral rites management
• Spiritual reflections
