This is our inaugural event where we offer participants a choice of 2 paid workshops: nutrition and fitness during pregnancy by a practicing doula Hafizah Rafie, as well as a one-off prenatal yoga class (ladies only) by a certified yoga instructor Ella (Yoga With Ella on Facebook).
The event will also feature a Family Bazaar (entrance is free) featuring our line of modest nursing- and maternity-friendly apparels, as well as merchandise from vendors curated just for mummies, babies and children.
It is hoped that this event will spur expectant ummis to adopt healthy and mobile lifestyle in a practical and easy-to-follow way.
