This event is to create the awareness of our very own Islamic art, Kufic. Our trainer, Ms Faizah Omar, who has been featured in Berita Harian for her Kufic artwork, will be guiding participants to create their own personalized Kufic. Creating such artworks is a very effective way to lower stress levels, leaving you calm.

This event is to create the awareness of our very own Islamic art, Kufic. Our trainer, Ms Faizah Omar, who has been featured in Berita Harian for her Kufic artwork, will be guiding participants to create their own personalized Kufic. Creating such artworks is a very effective way to lower stress levels, leaving you calm.
After expressing themselves through art, we will be bringing participants to do some light stretches. Our restorative matwork aims to move your body slowly through varieties of stretches, allowing participants to explore their mind and body at a steady and natural tempo.
This event is open to all ages and gender.
