For years, women have been constantly striving to gain recognition in the working world.
As much as they've worked, the other gender get promoted faster and recognized more. Although women are becoming more prominent in the working force, however they have yet to be fully appreciated for their contributions.
The question is why aren't we (women) advancing ourselves? Or perhaps, how can we breakthrough in our current industry?
In this seminar, we would gain insights on
- gaining confidence and develop ourselves
- ways which hinder women from progress
- the roles of women which may benefit society
- methods to avoid conflicts at work
