A one day workshop where we will learn on how to achieve the goal of every individual; which is the bliss of the heart, its tranquility and happiness, and the absence of grief and worry, and learn the means to achieve this, some of which are religious, some are natural and some are physical. This workshop will be based on the beneficial book of Sheikh Abdur Rahman Bin Nasr As Sa'di, and will be presented wisely by Sheikh Tariq Appleby.
