About the Muslim Students Initiative (MSI):
"The believers are like a structure, each supporting the other".
The MSI was initiated by the Singapore Muslim Students Overseas (SMSO) in 2011 with the hope of inspiring the younger generations of Muslim students to strive towards ambitions and pursue higher education in a highly-competitive and increasingly-challenging global arena.
The MSI aims to bring together Muslim students- both the young and the younger- and provide a platform for them to interact with inspirational members of the community through sharing sessions and open dialogues so that they may listen to their experiences and advice first-hand. InshaAllah, through such interactions and networking opportunities, we would be able to foster stronger communal ties with our fellow brothers and sisters, make a difference in their lives, and instil a sense of ownership and responsibility toward the betterment of the community.
Interested current undergraduates and degree holders who would like to assist in the MSI 2013 as a volunteer, please register to be part of the MSI working commmittee at http://bit.ly/15wh6WC.
All other participants are to RSVP to the MSI at http://bit.ly/1dRot46 instead.
