A lecture on the Purpose and Meaning of Life.

Speaker: Hajj Hassanain Rajabali (USA), Islamic Scholar and Public Speaker.

Lecture Synopsis:

This lecture will address the perennial question of what is the fundamental purpose of life and creation. Throughout history, the purpose of life has been a subject of much scientific, philosophical and theological speculation, and has more recently gained an increased interest with the challenges and unique predicaments of modern society. Like other major religions, Islam provides a comprehensive and detailed answer to this question. It states that there is a specific and meaningful purpose to life, one that emphasizes the God-Man relationship at its center. So what are the key ideas to our purpose on Earth? Why are we here, what should we be doing and where to is our final destination?
