Join us for the Iqra Workshop as we learn the letters through the famous book of Iqra'! 

Not only you will learn Alif-Ba-Ta but in this workshop, our Asatizah will cover the characteristics of Huruf (Arabic/ Hijaiyyah letters) and proper pronunciation - ensuring you are equipped with the right and comprehensive knowledge in Quranic Literacy.

The whole workshop runs 3 Modules with each module covering different aspect of Quranic Letters and Basic Tajwid. 

• Module 1: 

• Iqra 1 to 3, with 1 assessment to read a page or two to the Asatizah. (Beginner) | 8 sessions

• Module 2: 

• Iqra 4 to 6, with 1 assessment to read a page or two to the Asatizah. (Intermediate) | 8 sessions

• Module 3:

• Basic Tajwid and Tahsin Surah Lazim, with 1 assessment to read a page or two to the Asatizah. (Advanced) | 6 - 8 session (TBC)

Allah said in Surah Ar-Rad Ayat 11;

إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ

(Verily, Allah will not change the (good) condition of a people as long as they do not change their state (of goodness) themselves.)

About Asatizah

Ustazah Siti Namirah holds a Degree in Syariah Ahwal Syakhsiyyah, Holder of Sanad Qira'at Riwayat Hafs an ‘Asim. She has an extensive experience in teaching Quran, Arabic and Fiqh locally at institutes such as Madrasah Ma'arif, ALIVE, and Islamic institutes such as IRDAK.
