“Confidence: The art of raising confident children” is meant to inspire parents to instil confidence in their children by mirroring exemplary traits and behaviours to them. It encourages parents to be bold and challenge themselves to try new things that they are not comfortable with in order to influence the mind of their young children. The process of raising confident children starts with a confident parent.
Topic 1: Coaching Your Child to Success
This topic aims to equip parents with the right tools to coach and shape the behaviour and thinking of their pre-schooler. At the end of this talk, parents are able to; define their own measure of success for their children, give guidance to their pre-schooler in instilling positive behaviours and support children through their deed and misdeeds.
Topic 2: Understanding the Developmental Stages of Your Preschooler
In this topic, the speaker will share the essentials of the developmental stages of pre-schoolers. Knowledge in this area will help parents to anticipate behaviours of their pre-schooler as they grow up. This will in turn help parents to manage expectations and plan ahead for their children.
