Mental health is not an unfamiliar concept to us. There are advertisements promoting mental health awareness at bus stops and MRT stations. The mental health discourse is also popular on social media.

But what exactly does mental health mean? How do you differentiate between mental health and mental illness? Is mental resilience achievable?

This event, which is organised as part of the learning journey for Mosque Tech Challenge 2023, is free and will be held online. However, registration is compulsory. Attendees will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom details closer to the date of the event.
