Rabiul awal Programme @ Malabar
Join us for a series of special events in the run-up to 12 Rabiul awal (associated commemoration of he birth of the Prophet salallahualayhi wassalam).
We will be reciting Manquus Maulid which was written by a great Meccan scholar who settled in Malabar (India). The Maulid was edited and its closing dua penned by Imam Ibn Hajar al-Haitami when the latter came to Malbar to visit his student Shaykh Zainuddin Makhtub al-Malibari (famous author of Kitab Fathul Muin). Manquus Maulid has been translated into English and te text will be made available to the jemaah whilst the recitation.
A week full of barakah! Insya-Allah ... Amin.
