As we traverse through life and its many trajectories, we may find our hearts getting polluted along the way with negativity.

Strong feelings of hatred, anger, and unforgiveness fill up our precious vessels, causing us to be in a state of great frustration and unrest. These feelings may have come about due to the bitter conflicts that we experience with other people, or the many surprising events which we label as our “problems”.

There are two critical things that we can do to remove the unrest from our hearts: Intensify and increase your remembrance of Allah, and radically forgive those whom you have gloriously failed to pardon over time. These two significant steps will be discussed and elaborated in the upcoming Peace Retreat.
