In this English lecture, the respected speaker will provide an overview of the illustrious companion Salman al-Farisi رضي الله عنه. In addition to discussing his bio, attendees will learn about his journey in search of the truth and the stages of his life that began in Persia as a privileged person, to becoming a prisoner and then a slave, and finally discovering Islam - and later on being given the governorship of Persia. It is hoped that Muslim youth will take benefit from this lecture and be proud of their intellectual heritage. We welcome non-Muslims to attend also.
