A Deeper Look... MUSIC in ISLAM

Fees: $38 per pax or $70 for two
Music in Islam has always been a hot debate for centuries. Some scholars agree that Music is permissible while there are others who say its not. Some even debated that the recitation of the Al Quran - Qiraat is not considered Music. But to non Muslims who doesn't know about Islam will think otherwise.
Imagine if you were a non Muslim and you hear the AZAN, you will ask what SOUND is this or what MUSIC is this. To them its either MUSIC or Noise to their ear. If the sound of the Azan is called upon by someone with a melodious voice, wouldn't you agree that it can be considered as MUSIC?
There is no doubt that MUSIC influences the soul and move hearts and at times make people lost in this Dunya. What if that music can bring more people to Allah swt and Rasulullah saw, will that be considered Haram?
Allah knows best.
Do join us and let's look deeper into Music in Islam in this upcoming seminar with Ustaz Mohd Zahid Muhd Zin & Bro Abdul Shukor Hadi.
