The Singapore Muslim Youth Debate Preliminary Rounds

The Youths of Darul Arqam (YODA) is organizing the fourth run of The Muslim Youth Debate (TMYD) this year. The debate, held in Enlgish will bring together various schools, organizations, tertiaries and mosques youth divisions to compete in a battle of words revolving around this year's theme:
Understand Worship. Endure Hardship. Join the Fellowship.
For this debate, YODA envisions to provide a platform where youths can develop holistically in terms of intellect, public speaking skills and creativity. Through this debate, we hope to instill and boost the confidence in the youths. With motions mainly centered around issues about Muslim youths and current local and global challenges, the participating youths will be more aware and hopefully be inspired to create solutions, implement changes and eventually be great leaders for the betterment of the Ummah.
