Muamalat for Muslims in the absence of Shariah-compliant products
In the Singapore context, there are insufficient Islamic Financial products to cater to the needs of the Muslims. This seminar aims to guide Muslims in Singapore with regard to Muamalat/Islamic financial activities (banking, insurance and investment) in the absence of Shariah-compliant products so that our actions do not violate Shariah or Islamic law.
Synopsis:
Financial activities relating to banking, insurance and investment in both the conventional and Islamic form.
Solutions and the most suitable alternative, in the absence of Shariah compliant products.
Responsibility of the minority Muslim community for the improvement and growth of Islamic Financial products and services.
Cases of minority Muslim communities elsewhere, which have been very successful in filling the gap for Islamic Financial products and services.
