Details
1. The entry fee per team is $10.00 and must be paid in by 18th April 2012. Payment can be made on the event date or before the event date to the Masjid Al-Istiqamah reception counter.
An official receipt will be given for all donations.
2. This is a 3 aside futsal fund raising game. Each team is allowed to register up to 5 players which means a max of 2 substitutes.
3. Team members must be at least within 13-21 years of age.
4. All funds raised will go to our Overseas Project: Operation Batam in June.
5. Players are to assemble at Al-Istiqamah Mosque Level 1 by 8.45am on actual day.
