3. Registration needed. No walk-ins may be entertained.

5. Doctor at the clinic will provide free medical advice.
No MCs will be issued. This is not a substitute for
clinic/hospital treatment. Patients/Guardians need to be
interviewed before seeing doctor.
6. Open to all members of the public regardless of race or
religion.
7. Priority will be given to the needy.
