Alkhair Mosque was founded in the early 60’s. It aims to develop Mukmin able to contribute to mankind through focusing its niche in education, welfare, youth and religious services. It was also known for its learning centre “Darul Tafsir”.

Ustaz Hafiizh Rapiee

Ustaz Muhammad Hafiizh Rapiee holds Bachelor Degree in Hadith and Islamic Knowledge from the Islamic University of Madinah in Saudi Arabia. He had obtained Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Lee Community College, Sinapore. He is currently pursuing his post-graduate studies in Usuluddin from Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur. Ustaz Hafiizh also serves as an associate member of Fatwa Committee for 2010-2013 and a member of the Quran Teachers Selection Committee (QTSC).
