Here’s the thing, we have been receiving emails, calls, facebook personal messages about “Whether Maher Zain will be coming to Perform in Singapore”. As some of you would know Maher Zain and his team will be coming again to Southeast Asia again in February. It’s not just going to be Brunei and KL this time, I heard they are really going to tour the different states in Malaysia and maybe Singapore or Jakarta.
The Challenge
One of our contacts recently set up a Maher Zain Singapore Facebook Fan page yesterday. Within a day 100 people have already pressed LIKE.
So here’s what’s going to really happen. Maher Zain will only be here if there is a really significant number of support by the Singaporean Fans. At least 5,000 fans. In our honest opinion 5,000 isn’t good enough, we need at least 50,000 likes. This would be a good indicator for the organisers to find it worth the time, effort and money spent on such big events.
But more importantly now is the support. Can we trump up the support and get 50,000 fans in the facebook page and say YES to Maher Zain coming to Singapore?
