Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. Wow its already the third installment of this Maulid series with Ustaz Hasbi. We never knew that it would take up to this scale. Hence our upmost gratitude to Allah swt for allowing this to happen.
As we embark on this third installment, this event just gets bigger with more groups volunteering to participate this time round. As of now we already have Pergas, Madeehul Mustafa, MHDS, Planet Spiritual, Sahabat Selawat, Islamicevents.sg, Madrasah Aljunied (group) of ladies and more.
Due to the overwhelming support, the main organizers have allocated more time for this. So we’ll be starting this event @ 8.30am. It will start of with Recitations of the Diba’ie followed by mass Qiyam at 9.15am. The Selawats will then start around 9.30am to Zuhur.
If you happen to be at Masjid Sultan early, our friends from Sahabat Selawat will begin their Qaseedah around 8am. Just for the Early Birds..
Al Fadil Ustaz Hasbi Mohamad Hasbi bin Hassan will be leading this session.
Ustaz TM Fauzi will also be gracing this event.

Funds collected for this event will be allocated fully (100%) to Sultan Mosque Committee for their effort in going Green and for future upgrading of their facilities to cater for the aged group.
1) Going Green – The funds will be used to purchase Special Power Saving Flourescent Lights for the entire mosques. Almost 500 bulbs needs to be changed so that the mosque can save energy and money for future usage of electricity.
2) Upgrading of Facilities – There have been many requests for lifts and escalators to be built at the mosque to cater for the ageing population. Hence these funds will also be allocated to this cause so that such facilities can help the ageing population move from the different levels of the mosque and the annex building.
