Solat for Adults – From Wudhu' to Salaam is an 8-week course discussing the importance of Solat, learning how to perform it and building the confidence and commitment to perform all five prayers daily and on time, with true sincerity and focus (khusyu').
In this programme, you will learn:
Week 1 – An Introduction to Solat
Week 2 – The History of Solat
Week 3 – Cleanliness in Solat
Week 4 – The Pre-Requisites of Solat
Week 5 – Performing Solat I
Week 6 – Performing Solat II
Week 7 – Nullification and Other Types of Solat
Week 8 – Solat: Living It in Reality (When travelling, when hospitalised etc)
