If you are born a Muslim, your father would have said these words as he azan in your ears and if you are convert these are among the first words that you will say in front of the Ustaz or Imam and the witnesses on that day. And for most of us we say these at least 9 times per day in our prayers.

What does the "Syahadah" means?

Is it just merely saying it out or is there a deeper meaning behind these words. "I bear witness that there is no God except for Allah swt and Muhammad saw is the Messenger of Allah swt;

Who is Ustaz Noor Deros?

He is a graduate of Madrasah Al-Aljunied Al-Islamiah, Singapore and had furthered his studies at Al-Azhar University with a Bachelor of Arts, Islamic Creed & Philosophy. He is also an ex-President of PERKEMAS (Singapore Student Assembly in Cairo) for 2 years, 2006-2007.
Currently running his own organisation - Syajarah and freelancing with organisations like HCS and more.
