The Hour, the advent of the Day of Judgement – we are all aware that our time is running out and that the Hour is near. Our hearts beat in fear at the thought of how unprepared we are if it were to happen, and yet because that fear is so big, we brush it aside, lying to ourselves that there is still time.
“Tell me about the Hour,”
Jibril had asked Rasulullah after asking him about Islam, Iman and Ihsan. How important is it then that we must know about the Hour, its Signs and what action we must take to face this intense fear in our hearts? Learn about the Hour, and why it has to matter to you. Know the Signs of Allah, act upon the knowledge, and face up to yourselves. For why should you be afraid of the Hour, when it is finally the time to meet your Lord?
